Information collected and purposes of use
We collect information provided through this form, including your name, email address, country of residence, property location and type, occupancy status, inquiry category, preferred language, time zone, and message. We use this information to: - Respond to property management inquiries. - Assess the property and the services requested. - Prepare and discuss property management proposals. - Communicate regarding potential management arrangements. - Maintain records of inquiries and related communications. Storage and access permissions
Inquiry information is collected and stored using Notion, a third-party cloud service. Access to inquiry records is controlled through the existing Notion account and workspace permissions. The current access permissions remain unchanged.
Retention and deletion
For inquiries that do not result in a contract, we review whether continued retention is necessary one year after the last action taken in response to the inquiry. For inquiries that result in a contract, records are retained in accordance with the retention rules applicable to the contractual relationship. Records are not deleted automatically. Any deletion is carried out only after the content has been reviewed.
